Orrin Hatch misses the point (and the obvious)

At any rate, I just heard him on NPR - he was saying that he thought any president, even a Democratic one, would want this power to gather intelligence.

Yes, Orrin - that I agree with.

The point is: no President should have unlimited powers. No President - be he Democratic or Republican - should have unlimited powers.

Unlimited powers is a Bad Thing.
