Having realized that my blog was on this blogroll, I took a look at it. I like what I see, so I'm adding the blogroll link to my own page.

My Blogroll.com hosted "Atheist Blogroll" contains 101 entries for blogs I've found since starting Deep Thoughts. I've decided to grant access to my fellow atheist bloggers. I normally add new sites as I find them, however, since other atheists and agnostics are requesting access, I think it is a good idea to start a formal process.
Your blog should be written from an atheist, agnostic, freethinking, or skeptical point of view. There is no requirement that your blog be exclusively atheist or agnostic themed.

<-- Older Post ^ Home Newer Post -->Hey thanks for the plug. To answer your questions, your blog was added a long time ago because I read it, liked it, and originally the Atheist Blogroll started out as atheist themed blogs that I read. So there you go.
Regarding pinging, in the blogger Settings area, select Publishing and make sure "notify weblogs.com" is set to yes. You can also get a free feedburner account which will do the same thing, only it involves a little more work to setup.
