Geese in Winter

Today there were two geese in the pond in the park. They - like the five last week - were gone this afternoon. I'm guessing they aren't permanent residents.

The snow had just started falling, and by late afternoon there was an inch or so. I saw a pair of cardinals, but couldn't get a picture. I did get the geese, though.






Also a lone winter robin - not a great shot but it is a robin.
