Spring despite the weather

It was 70 earlier this week, but there's frost warnings now and it's only 45 ... still, it's spring - and the robin knows it. And so do the cattails - I was a bit worried when they were all cut down, but clearly they are in fact growing like crazy - a foot in the last five days. Come summer the redwings will have plenty to sit on.





And the geese are steadfast - she sits and he comes back every day.





And the sparrows are everywhere.
