sidebar restructuring

I'm celebrating Labor Day by doing a bit of sidebar restructuring - changed the archives from a list (getting too long) and adding a tag cloud, though the list is still there for the moment, as I have to wait for del.icio.us to populate it... I'll have to see what it looks like when it's done.

[added later] well, grr. Apparently that only adds del.icio.us tags from the internet, not within my blog. poop. Trying something else to make the list more compact.
