About time, too
What a difference a couple of weeks makes. When I left for Texas, it was still pretty much green around here - a few red trees had caught on, but November wasn't fall yet, only a few dark reds showing. Now, just compare:
Most birds are gone - or probably just not around at dawn and dusk, which is what my work arrival and leaving times are now with the days so short (dark at 5!). But starlings and crows are early to rise and late to bed...
The trees make lacy patterns against the sky.
And sometimes the sky cooperates.
Occasionally, with a bit of help :-)

Pretty...
I remember "fall"...
Here in NZ it just gets colder, and a FEW trees lose their leaves, but their still green during the loss process
How beautiful. Here in Baltimore, we barely get time to enjoy the leaves before they're all over the yard, but loved the pictures. It's nice to have a change of seasons each year.
Are those first two pictures off of Bollona (sp?), in Towson? That strip mall looks familiar, but I'm not sure.
No, it's the Maryland City Plaza in Laurel (or Maryland City, if you prefer), off 198 just past the racetrack.
