Vanilla?

Man, Jeopardy can be whacked. They get so picky about some things, and then ... "A blondie is just like a brownie, except made with this flavoring instead of chocolate."

And he says, "What is vanilla?"

And Alex says, "Yes, or butterscotch."

Sheesh. Brownies have vanilla in them, Alex. That answer is wrong.
