Stay away from N 38 Rue Des Martyrs Cocody in Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire. I'm not kidding!

Everyone who lives there dies! It's true, it's from "a brief illness that lasted for only four days", but it's still dead!!!

And without children.

How do I know this? Simple. In the last month I've gotten emails from the widows of five different people who lived there.
