The Week in Entertainment

DVD: The Invisible - I can't decide if I like this or not. The main character wasn't attractive, but he wasn't repellent either, and it's certainly stylishly made. It is not what its advertising campaign makes it out to be, though, that's for sure. It's interesting to watch...

TV: Evolution: The Eye. For a 44-minute program, it was pretty good. Not as far ranging as it might have been, but compensated for that with some cool facts and a good look at the amount of evidence and the factuality. Tried to watch The Brothers Grimm but just couldn't ... The Glenn Miller Story and The Benny Goodman Story - the latter of which has great music but a rather boring plot. I suppose Goodman and his family can be happy he didn't have a movie-worthy life! Charlie Chan's Secret, which was not at all bad.

Read: Not in the Flesh by Ruth Rendell - a worthy entry.
