Another step backward
The Laurel Post Office has taken another step backwards in customer service.
First they built that Carrier Annex, the main use of which, as far as I the customer can see, is to provide them with an excuse whenever a package isn't where it's meant to be. "Oh, the carrier never brought it here." "They never gave it to me at the main office." Having to go to the post office three times for the same package - priceless. In the sense of worthless.
But now they've cut their lobby hours. I can understand if they have to cut back expenses. But come on - not every address has someone living there who doesn't have a job. Try opening at 11 instead of closing at 5, at least a couple of days a week.

So this is all about you? You think the USPS doesn't have their agenda? :)
I, sir, am The Customer! Am I not always right?
Oh, come on! Thought you were talking about the USPS! Customers are so burdensome.
Well, clearly you understand them better than I do... Customers do seem to get in their way.
