...there are always bluejays

Robert Bly once wrote, "If we can't find heaven there are always bluejays. ... Cries are required from those who wake disturbed at dawn." There are certainly always blue jays here in East Tennessee, crying at dawn, gray in the early twilight like the skies above them are gray, and brilliant blue later, even when the skies are not.
