Who said it?

The final question on the Teen Tournament was:

He said, "We look forward to a world founded upon" freedom of speech, of worship, from want & from fear.

When I heard it, I thought it might be too long ago for them, and I was right, though none of them said who I thought they might - Martin Luther King, Jr. One of them got it right (FDR) and went on to win. The other two got it rather spectacularly wrong, and I'm not sure which was the strangest answer: Reagan or Patrick Henry.
