No, Google. That's NOT it.
So, I'm trying a quick Google search to find some examples of the Russian word креатив (kreativ) in authentic sentences, and what do they give me? This:
Thanks, guys. Absolutely NOT what I wanted.

I used to teach Russian and Ukrainian, and some basic English, to civil servants. Now I teach Russian at a local continued-learning institute. I dabble in Gaelic and Welsh. I'm am amateur photographer and I love birding (in a small way). I'm a Progressive, and a Freethinker, and I know Evolution is a fact - that's FCD, Friend of Charles Darwin (look down the sidebar). I read a lot, and follow women's college basketball. Also I love astronomy, though I'm a rank amateur at it. Most of all, I like living in the reality-based community...

You cannot leave. You cannot drop the armor now. Why? Because you are needed, more than ever. You are mandatory to keep the energy flowing, the karmic vibrator buzzing, to keep the progressive and lucid half of the nation breathing and healthy and awake and ever reaching out to the half that's wallowing in fear and violence and homophobia and sexual dread, hoping to find harmony instead of cacophony, common ground instead of civil war, some sort of a shared love of a country so messy and internationally disrespected and openly confused its own president can't even speak the language.

I too use Google for this same purpose -- finding contexts for a Portuguese word, to guide me in my translating.
The good news is that there's a simple solution -- yay! Just place the word (or phrase) in question inside quotes, thus:
"креатив"
E.g., Google's first listing is:
Креатив » Прикольные картинки, фото приколы, видео приколы ...

Hope this helps you.
It's working now with quotes - thanks, I'll remember that.
But quotes ought not to be necessary, and they usually, almost always, aren't. They aren't for any other Russian word I put in.
Google ought to look for креатив not creative. Grrrrrr
Since I don't know Russian, I'm curious whether, say, the first page of links for "креатив" were in fact the most useful ones. When I'm searching for Portuguese words/phrases in context, I sometimes need to check several pages before I find something helpful.
The first few were businesses with it the name, then there were a couple of videos, an a page of jokes but the last few were definitions and histories of the word (it's less than 20 years old), so this time, yes. However, like you, I often end up on page 3 or 4 of the hits.
What happens if you go to your Google search settings, click "Languages" on the left, and check the box for Russian?
Barry, this happened: 404. That’s an error.
The requested URL /om/api/1.0/openmail.app.invoke/36ohk6dgmcd1n/9/1.0.35/us/en-US/view.html/0 was not found on this server. That’s all we know.
Also, although it now says "Search English and Russian pages" on the sidebar, the observed behavior remains...
