Why is NOT so hard to get?
Seriously. Why?
В Индии фермер убил жену за, что она не родила ему сынаBing. There's a не there. Because she did not bear him a son.
In India a farmer killed his wife because she bore him a son Translated by Bing
To be fair, Google is no better:
In India, the farmer killed his wife after she gave birth to a sonThis story is horrible. But Bing and Google make it wrong. And there's no way to even guess that it's wrong.
I can't understand why both of those programs miss the negative so often.

1 Comments:
Google Translate occasionally omits the "not" when translating "não," thus reversing the meaning entirely (sigh).
