The Week in Entertainment
Film: Learning to Drive, a thoroughly wonderful movie.
TV: Managed to miss the final part of Arthur and George, but it will be On Demand this week. A genuinely awful The Alphabet Murders (based on The ABC Muders) with Tony Randall(!!!) as Poirot (a part written for Zero Mostel(??!!!!?)) and Robert Morley as Hastings (more ? and !). Mesmerizingly bad. Ten Little Indians, which holds up pretty well, I think. The Theory of Everything, which my father hadn't seen before and wanted to.
Read: Two Years Eight Months and Twenty-Eight Nights was as good as it seemed when I started it. The second volume of The Wicked + The Divine. Step Aside, Pops, the wonderful new Kate Beaton collection.
