The Week in Entertainent
DVD: Caught up on last year's Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Why they let Ward survive, I don't know, but I do like the way they handled Skye's dad. But Simmons! The Incredibles with a friend who hadn't seen it. (She loved it, by the way.) Jonathan Strange & Mr Norell, which was brilliantly done.
TV: Grateful for On Demand. Caught up on this year's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. I did know that Ward would be a problem. And of course Fitz saved Simmons! The Middle and Modern Family. Very funny, the contrasts between Alex and Sue's going to college.
Read: Another chapter of Bookburners and finished The Dark Forest, which was very good. Parts of Humans of New York: Stories, which is excellent, and good for browsing.

I just learned (via Wikipedia) that Agents of SHIELD has switched to subscription TV here in Australia: http://www.smh.com.au/digital-life/computers/gadgets-on-the-go/foxtel-snaps-up-marvels-agents-of-shield-as-more-freetoair-tv-locked-away-20150923-gjt3dq.html
You can guess how I feel about that.
Bummer. How terrible.
